No. You receive requests for your area and services and accept only those that suit you. Price and conditions are always agreed directly between you and the client.
Clients rate completed jobs and every review is verified against a real job. Contractors with more completed jobs and better ratings rank higher in search and the public directory.
Clients see your starting prices on your listing, which sets expectations and brings better-matched requests. They are indicative only — you always quote each job yourself.
